Bondi AI is a Texas corporation that builds and operates an AI front-desk service for veterinary practices. Our platform answers the clinic’s phone line, schedules and confirms appointments, sends one-time verification passcodes, and relays time-sensitive on-call and emergency messages to clinic staff.
Who we serve
Veterinary and equine hospitals in the United States and Canada. Signature Equine Hospital operates its front-desk phone and text service on the Bondi AI platform.
Text messaging
We send transactional SMS on behalf of the clinics we serve: appointment and callback confirmations and reminders, one-time verification passcodes, and urgent on-call notifications. Recipients are people who gave the clinic their mobile number directly. We send no marketing text messages, we use no purchased or third-party lists, and we do not sell or share text-messaging opt-in or consent data with any third parties.
