Program description
When you provide your mobile number and consent, you may receive SMS text messages related to: appointment and callback confirmations and reminders, one-time verification passcodes, and time-sensitive on-call or emergency notifications from the clinic. We do not send marketing text messages.
How to opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you schedule an appointment or call the clinic, or when completing a new-client intake and consent form. Clinic staff provide their number as part of employment. We use no purchased or third-party lists.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and account activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
How to opt out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP we will send a one-time confirmation and you will not receive further messages unless you re-enroll, for example by replying START.
